Inspired.

I was watching Martha Stewart last week (yeah, someday I'll address why I act like a 40-something stay-at-home mother) and four sisters were featured for the crafting portion of the show.  I recently found their blog and they posted about TheSunshineProject.  Naturally, since my favorite holidays are Christmas and May Day, I'm obsessed.  The wheels haven't stopped turning.  I keep thinking of things to add to this list of sweet things to do from their site.

"Leave a quarter in a gum ball machine for the next person to enjoy. Hold a door open for a stranger, leave a place better than you found it, write a note of encouragement and post on a bathroom mirror."

Maybe we could do this during our road trip.  Especially intriguing to me, leaving notes on public bathroom mirrors seems like a quick way to make someone's day.  Hopefully if everyone's not on board, I can do it and they'll at least wait for me to get back to the car before driving away.  ;)

Finally!

Despite the fact that it's finals week, it's a great day!  I finally got my new lens...and another one, too!

So here are a few other ones from my point and shoot.  I've been waiting to use a real camera again and the evidence that I have will come sometime this month.  For now...

I made some Thank You cards in advance...I have a lot to be thankful for :)

Liz and I visited this AMAZING place and I should've taken more photos.
