I believe...

I've recently read Lovely Little Things, as it comes up in my newsfeed.  Jessica sparked something in me to think about my own beliefs and I'm pretty pleased with the outcome, so here's my version:

What I believe:

  

                                 

I believe in second chances, and third ones, too. 

I believe that doing things for others is the way to be happy myself.

I believe in forgiveness.

I believe in being choosy, being honest and loving hard.

I believe in dreaming and trying anything once.

I believe in over-using "Thank you," "I love you," and "Great job."

I believe in art.

I believe in bubble baths and dancing in the rain.

I believe in sending surprise packages to friends.

  

 

I believe in surrounding yourself with pretty, colorful things.

I believe there's a really great plan for me.

I believe in ice cream for breakfast. 
 

   



I believe in vegetable gardens and listening to nostalgic old people.
I believe in good music, memories and tattoos.
I believe in fixing what is broken, not replacing it.
I believe that family can mean more than blood.

    

I believe in sliding on hardwood in socks.

I believe that love can last forever.
I believe in riding sleeping bags (or mattresses, in a bind) down staircases.
I believe in the bonds of siblings.

I believe in fresh flowers on the kitchen table and making the best of what you have.
I believe in driving down country roads in summertime, with the windows down and the music up.
I believe in doing whatever makes you happy.
