Stormy Sunday

I got to work this morning just before the sheets of rain fell.  It was so unusually warm when I walked out the door at 5:30AM that I should've known storms would be rolling through.  Regardless of the threatening gray clouds, Remy and I enjoyed the warmth outside after work.  Grandma and Grandpa stopped by for a visit, too.  :)  I gave Grandma the catalog for this awesome store, which I knew she'd love.

Sweet Energy

My brother came over to get the last of his stuff and asked me to come over for dinner.  When I got there, he showed me a leather jacket with fringe that was supposedly my dad's during the '70s.  My aunt and uncle gave it to my brother a few days ago...It's pretty ridiculous and I definitely cannot imagine my dad wearing it.

After "Easy Casserole," we played basketball in the backyard.  Remy enjoyed herself but she was awfully tired afterward.

Duh, Mom...I'm carrying a ball bigger than I am, it's not a big deal.

                                                            One happy puppy :)

We heard the tornado sirens and were only in the basement for about 45 minutes when Remy discovered water pouring in.  Thankfully I figured the WetVac out before it was totally flooded...
